If you struggle with severe symptoms of Anxiety, but can't seek professional help due to time, money or other factors, this course is for you. This course is NOT therapy. However, you will learn techniques that will help you effectively and quickly control symptoms of anxiety in order to improve your health and your life.

In this course you will learn
What is Anxiety, in order to identify normal nervousness from anxiety.
What's going on inside your body that is causing symptoms of anxiety. Therefore not feeling like you're having a breakdown and can't control it.
The differences between an Anxiety and a Panic Attack. In order to stop and control them.
You'll learn the techniques to prevent or stop an attack, FAST.
Who this course is for:
- Anyone who struggles with anxiety attacks and wants to learn how to naturally control symptoms, medication free.
- Anyone who wants to learn more about managing anxiety.
Instructor
There is a lot of misinformation about mental health. This contributes to the stigma of struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety and other mental health diagnosis.
School does not teach us how to communicate effectively, how to express our feelings in a healthy manner or deal with life stressors.
My approach has always been teaching clients practical skills and strategies for them to be able to more effectively manage their thoughts and emotions, in order to live their most effective, healthy, happy life.
My goal is for you to become more educated on how to manage your thoughts and feelings. You are not the victim of mental health "disease" and are more powerful than you think.
I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Masters in Science degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. I am currently Licensed as a Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I specialize in working with Adolescents and Adults who want to improve their mental health.
