I will give you understanding in holistic approach to the massage, how do we make client relaxed and how to make massage smooth and enjoyable.

You will wonder who needs this massage?  Everyone who cares about their wealth, health and body.

A holistic sports massage combines traditional sports massage techniques with a whole-body, mind-body approach. It doesn’t just focus on treating one painful area—it aims to restore balance, performance, recovery, and overall well-being.

Course includes theory and also practice videos, where you will see my approach and style for the massages.

It is a therapeutic massage that blends:

Sports massage techniques

  • Deep tissue work

  • Trigger point therapy

  • Myofascial release

  • Stretching and mobility techniques

  • Muscle activation work

Holistic principles

  • Understanding how the whole body interacts (posture, stress, sleep, hydration, training load)
