The course will introduce subject management topics to be covered throughout the course, comparing management accounting and accounting so that we are in the right frame of mind as we move forward.
The study will explain and analyze general costs and cost variance analyzes, providing an overview of the cost analysis concepts that we will go into in detail in later sections.
We will explain the analysis of sales differences, discuss when they can be used and how to calculate sales variations. We will provide sample and step-by-step tutorial videos to help you apply what you learn.
Studies will include a variation of the variance, indicating what it is, how it is used, and how to calculate the variation of specific variables. We will show you listed ideas using instructional videos and apply model and step by step tutorial videos to complete them.
We will discuss a different analysis of employee diversity, show what it is, and how to use a specific job analyst. We will show you ideas on tutorial videos and provide example and step by step tutorial videos for you to complete.
Studies will discuss high-level variability analysis. We will explain why it is used and how to calculate high variability analysis. We will provide demonstration presentations and example problems with step-by-step tutorial videos to help you complete them.
We will also include a broader problem with high diversity and a broader problem in diversity analysis. Complete problems will provide Excel workable worksheets and step-by-step tutorial videos. Excel worksheets will usually have two or three tabs, one problem tab completed, a second tab with a pre-made Excel worksheet to solve this problem with step-by-step format and tutorial videos, and a third tab with a blank sheet we can use to format our Excel worksheet
