Self-confidence can be trained! Everyone can learn step by step to stand up for their own wishes and goals. You can learn to demand the essentials and to say no if necessary.

Don't wait until you explode! Self-confidence does not require aggressive behavior. And you don't need to flee from people or situations because you feel powerless. You won’t become a selfish egoist who is difficult to be with. Quite the opposite! You won't let others take advantage of you and you can have rewarding relationships with people.

You have the ability to act and react with self-assurance.

This course accompanies you on your way. Various effective exercises from hypnotherapy and NLP will help you to get more in touch with your own power. This allows you to show more of who you really are and how you really feel - without hiding and pretending any longer.

There are thoughts which weaken or strengthen you. You become aware of them. Then you will develop thoughts which support you in the future. There is more beyond thinking that you will explore. Family background also often influences the self-assurance
