Instructor
I am a Certified Athletic Therapist, CSCS certified and a Reiki Master, with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and a Masters degree in Education. I have a passion for teaching people about sports injuries, how to do basic assessment, rehab, prevention, conditioning and supportive taping. I believe that if we each had more basic knowledge in these areas we would be healthier and alleviate the burden on our health care system. If as a parent, participant and/or coach, you had more basic knowledge of injuries, wouldn't you be more confident and comfortable when injuries happen? I hope my courses can provide this.
