As a Spiritual Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher and Tarot Teacher, I am qualified and equipped to help people deal with the difficulties life can throw our way.
In 2009, I saw a Spiritual Life Coach after suffering from an emotional breakdown. My Life Coach introduced me to several spiritual modalities like EFT (tapping) and The Sedona Method. Between then and now, I chose to continue my studies and I attended various spiritual development courses, programmes and mediumship development circles.
I’ve learned reiki, energy healing, the tarot, shamanism, shadow work, crystal therapy, meditation, mediumship, psychic and intuition development, animal communication and healing, remote viewing and exploring past lives. Prior to my spiritual awakening I worked in HR (Human Resources) therefore I was already well-versed in human emotions and behaviour, something anyone working in HR needs to be extremely familiar and comfortable with. Having studied the more logical, left-brained subjects of NLP, mental health first aid and psychometric profiling, the spiritual topics I've learned since have truly complemented my existing knowledge and skillset. Combining my spiritual tools with the skills learned in my former career have not only enhanced my life, but totally transformed it and I feel empowered to be able to manage my own emotions and wellness.
I have a lot in my toolbox and I love to teach, so it was inevitable that the two would marry up one day and I’d become a Spiritual Teacher!
