Course Description:
This introductory course will explore the foundational concepts of the human energy body, focusing on the seven main chakras. Through a combination of theoretical learning and practical exercises, participants will:
Gain a deeper understanding of the chakra system: Learn the location, function, and associated colors of each chakra.
Identify and release emotional blockages: Explore the concept of emotions as energy and learn techniques to release pent-up emotions.
Channel and direct energy: Utilize sound, voice, and meditation to enhance energy flow within the energy body.
Develop present moment awareness: Cultivate mindfulness through various practices, including chakra self-assessment and mood tracking.
Course Structure:
The course will consist of four interactive sessions, each building upon the previous one.
