a) Write down your entire goal statement on a document that you can review on a weekly basis.
b) Write down a condensed version consisting of 3 - 5 words so it fits on a sticky note!

This goal should become your focus for the period of this course, something you are looking forward to achieving, something tangible for you to accomplish.
Where are you in your journey? What gets measured gets achieved.

Challenge yourself and put in as much effort as you possibly can. If you don't feel stupid at some point, you are not giving it your everything!
