Self-Talk Sauna: Are you ready to turn up the heat on your inner critic? You know the one, that voice in your head constantly judging and evaluating you? In this module you will not only identify your inner critic, but you will be empowered to let it go, and alter the way you approach issues in your life.
Anxiety Colonic: Does anxiety crop up during your day? How can it not in today’s fast-paced, high-pressure society? Now you can possess the tools to recognize and understand your anxiety. Turn real roadblocks into great motivators and make powerful choices in the moment. That’s the way we flush our anxiety away!
Mood Massage: Has a "bad mood" ever "ruined" your day? Have you ever found yourself frustrated and have no idea why? Imagine going from mad to happy as quickly as you can change the TV channel! During this module you will identify the triggers that put you into a negative mood and learn several different strategies to “massage” your mood and get back to your happy place!
Stress Detox: Are you constantly putting out fires instead of sticking to your plans? Do you take care of everyone else at your own expense? Detox those areas of life that cause you stress and bring peace and calm to any stressful situation.

Before you start the webinar, spend at least one day noticing your inner critic - the one that keeps you up at night going back over all of the things that didn't seem to go right. However once you tune in, you will find that voice has something to say about everything and everyone!
Please spend 24 to 48 hours noticing and writing down what your inner critic is saying to you. If you need to, set an alarm for every hour or few hours. When the alarm goes off write down what your critic is saying.
Once you've spent at least a day noticing your inner critic, download the workbook and start the webinar.
By the end you will have a power statement and a practice to interrupt your inner critic.
As an added bonus, I've included a Daily Gratitude Journal so that you can spend time at the end of each day practicing gratitude for yourself, for others and for your life. When we are in a state of gratitude, we are in a state of grace. People who consistently use this tool tell me that they realize that their day isn't going as bad as they expected. It's another tool to disrupt your inner critic.
Hi again and welcome back to your 2nd module - your Anxiety Colonic!
Before you begin this webinar, take some time to write down EVERYTHING you are currently anxious about. Write down the littlest thing to the biggest thing (no one will be looking over your shoulder, I promise!).
Next study the word "anxiety." Study it like you've never seen the word before and have to explain it to a martian. Look it up in the dictionary. Google the word and see what comes up.
Finally, after you study the word, go back and look over what you wrote down. Now write down anything you notice when you compare what you learned about anxiety to what you've been anxious about.

Welcome back to your third module - your Mood Massage!
During this webinar, you will start to investigate what triggers the moods you are in and you'll get specific tools to change your mood in an instant.
Please start by downloading the workbook. The first page will be your homework over the next three days.
Over the next three days, I want you to track your mood. I suggest you set an alarm every three hours to make you stop, write down your mood and then write down what you are doing, who you are with and what you are thinking. Do this no matter the mood you are in!
Before you start the webinar, grab an orange or any other citrus fruit to find out first-hand how smells impact your limbic system and thus your mood.
During the webinar I will be taking you through a short guided meditation to shift your mood. I've also included 4 short guided meditations as a bonus!
Finally as another added bonus, I've included a "Life Balance Wheel" in your workbook. Use the Wheel to get connected to how things are actually going in your life - not how you think they are going or should be going. Once completed you will clearly see where you can make some immediate changes.
