• Explore concepts from Schema therapy and become aware of how it affected you psychologically (raising style of your parents, their schemas and coping modes)

• Cohorts and generations-How cycles influence ones family tree

It is all demonstrated on spot. It is demonstrated how you can draw genograms, family tree, find numerological and psychological correlations and locate origins of patterns.

It is made for all people originated from toxic families, people who are on therapy currently, all people wanting to create healthier family than primary one, everyone who wants to understand cycles, repetitions and interactions of family unit and society.
