SFBT has successful in helping client with a variety of issues by empowering clients to discover their own inner resources that has given them success in the past.

SFBT is a flexible approach and it’s techniques have been used in coaching, meditation, business development and achieving personal goals. SFBT can be used with children and adults.


In this course you will learn about the underlying principles of SFBT and the structure of the sessions.

I’ve included two session note charts for an initial session and for consecutive/final session.

I also discuss how I have used this approach in my counseling practice with clients.

I have also included an example of initial session with the phrases spoken by the counsellor and client. At the end of the course,

I included a quiz to assess your knowledge about the concepts.
