This compressed course teaches basic Project Management concepts and how solopreneurs and small-business entrepreneurs, like yourself, can apply them to chart a path from where you are towards your aspirations for your business.  As you learn Project Management concepts, you will see them applied via an end-to-end example, and then do activities to apply this knowledge to your own business.
