I use a feature called split line which is used to map the sketched design into the surface. I then use the delete face command to delete the desired surface mapped by the use of split line
In the end, I used a new command called Fill Surface. By the name it is used to fill a surface.Using this feature can be tricky and sometimes doesn't work.
As you notice the Fill surface command wasn't working so I had to use boundary surface to complete the remaining design.
