Hello everyone, in this course, we will learn SolidWorks. We will start with the most basic and simple models and gradually move on to more complex models. I believe that starting directly with example models is more memorable. Therefore, I don't want you to get lost in a program which you have no idea by explaining each command one by one from the beginning. We will learn a new command with each new model.
Draw a rectangle on the front plane from the origin, add dimensions, and extrude to form a rectangular prism in SolidWorks.
Build a hollow cube by drawing a top plane rectangle, extruding to height, then applying the shell command to hollow the interior by selecting three faces.
Create the base by sketching a centered rectangle on the top plane and extruding it to height 20, then sketch a back rectangle and circle and extrude a left triangle.
Learn to use circular pattern and mirror commands in sketch mode to create the base, offset lines, extruded base and extruded cut, holes, and fillets for a complete Solidworks model.
Create a hollow inside a cube by using the revolved cut around an axis line, then verify the hollow with a section view to inspect the interior.
Learn swept command in SolidWorks by drawing circle profile on top plane and path on front plane, then set first sketch as profile and second as path.
Create a front plane sketch with a center rectangle and two equal, horizontally aligned circles, then extrude the boss to the required depth to complete the part.
Warning!! This course is not completed yet! It is still active and uploading new lessons when I am free. So please don't give a bad review because there is no enough lessons yet and please wait for new lessons. We will learn all what is writing under below. Thank you!! <3
I have previously tried to benefit from other courses as well. However, most of them were long and only showed what the commands were and where to find them. In my opinion, it’s hard to remember what a command does and where it is located if you haven’t seen its practical use, and after a while, it becomes quite boring. That’s why I thought of creating a method based on examples. We will start with the simplest example and gradually increase the difficulty, introducing new commands and features along the way. This way, most things will stick in your mind more easily, and over time, you will be able to comfortably create your own models. I hope you like it and find it useful. And please don't forget to leave review.
