    Welcome to our life changing new course – Face the fear social anxiety. We are so excited to offer this original and uplifting 6 week crash course to overcome your social anxiety. Our course embodies methods that Holly and myself have both used successfully with hundreds of clients, resulting in life changing transformations for those who we have had the pleasure of working with on a one to one basis.

    Weekly Goal: As discussed in the video, answer the following questions on a piece of paper and keep this somewhere safe to return to at the end of this course.

  • What is Anxiety?23:00

    In this section join us for an in depth insight into what anxiety actually is? Before we can face anything in life and change, we must first understand.

    Weekly Goal:

    Prolonged eye contact with a member of the public, in a public environment. Alternatively, something more personally relevant, that is slightly out of your comfort zone around social anxiety. (initiate or prolong a conversation with someone in a public setting, supermarket, gym, etc)

  • Categorising Anxiety9:51

    In this section I discuss a simple yet highly effective way to categorise your Anxiety.

    Weekly Goal:

    Aim to categorise your anxiety types during the week, log this down and gain self awareness and insight. Share this with the facebook group!!!

    Ask what is the purpose? Sabotage or protection? Any journaling around these negative cycles will really aid your growth!

    Ask yourself how does my social anxiety serve me?

    Which types of anxiety am I acting out of on a daily level?

    Where do I feel this in my body?

  • Mistaken Beliefs & Role Play25:15

    In this section we start to break down mistaken beliefs and give understanding and insight around all the mistaken beliefs commonly associated with social anxiety. This will shift your mindset and begin the process of re-wiring!

    We also act out a role play to give you a real person centred understanding and so you can use this amazing resource to aid your own learning.

    This section looks in depth at Embodiment! We demonstrate to power of being present and give you some really life changing and powerful tools for success and growth.

  • Audio Visualisation9:21

    These wonderful relaxing and mindful visualisations will really start to shift your mindset. This is such a valuable resource that you can turn to for support whenever needed. Enjoy!


    Weekly Goal:

    To aim to listen to this visualisation at least once, ideally this should be used every day for 3-4 weeks for the full benefits. Then whenever you need that extra little bit of support going forwards. The power and role of being present is a life long requirement in our eyes!

Our course embodies methods that we have both used successfully with hundreds of clients, resulting in life changing transformations for those who we have had the pleasure of working with on a one to one basis.

We wanted to roll out our expertise and practices into an affordable, easy to access package so that this amazing way of working towards personal growth is available to anyone, anywhere in the world. Rachel is coming at this from a therapeutic perspective, a BACP Registered Therapist who has been seeing clients for 5 years, and running a hugely successful private practice for over 3 years. She will be applying her expert knowledge in the counselling field to you, from the comfort of your home and at a fraction of the cost in comparison to conventional therapy. Rachel is bringing her beautiful insight and her tried and tested methods for connecting our minds and bodies. Rachel has an in depth knowledge of anxiety, and also a lot of experience focusing on embodiment focused therapeutic techniques.

Holly is bringing her life coaching & hypnotherapist perspective, after running a private practice for over 2 years and working with hundreds and clients to transform their lives, she specialises in adapting mindset, and that is exactly what she will be providing for you within this beautifully structured 6 week crash course. Holly knows the right questions to ask, in order to challenge your belief systems, and she know the perfect balance of how to encourage you to face your fears, how to dive out of your comfort zone, without being consumed with terror.
