If you are thinking about a career in sales, this is a great video to get started.  I have over 30 years in Sales, Area Sales Management and Vice President of Sales in Computer Software,  IT Consulting and Healthcare.   This is NOT a sales training course, it is a course to help you decide if sales is what you want to do or try.  Not everyone is cut out to be in sales, it is a challenging career, but a very rewarding one.  Sales positions have very high income potential and career opportunities.  Good sales techniques will allow you to sell any product, as I went from computers to healthcare, sales techniques are good for any company or product.

These are the topics we discuss in this course, again this is NOT a sales training course, it is for those that are thinking about entering a sales career.  We will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of a sales career, difference between sales positions, what to consider before starting a sales career, what to considering before accepting an offer, what you will have to do to have a successful sales career, initial to do's when starting a sales position, creating your sales strategy, building tactical/strategic plans and ongoing territory review.
