Annie Dean, is the Founder of RecastSuccess CSM Bootcamp. Former leader of Global Customer Learning Ops, Customer Success for LinkedIn. She helped to launch Degrees for Coursera as the Learner Success and TPM leader, and served as the executive building and leading the Customer Success function for several startups in health-tech and ed-tech. She completed a Master's Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris. She lives on a micro-farm near Yosemite, where she consults and teaches about making SaaS Customers Successful.
