Mark the fabric sloper on the draped mannequin to transfer waist, center back, center front, shoulder, and armhole lines to paper, using markers or chalk for clear transfer.
Mark and measure the hip, 20 cm below the waist, to guide zipper length, fit, and shaping; transfer the sloper marks to paper with clear front and back references.
Remove the drapes sloper from the mannequin to flatten the 3D form into a basic bodice outline, then pin dots and transfer the front and back bust shapes onto paper.
