A lesson designed for single moms who are interested in having healthy relationships with themselves, their children and the men they have now or want to be with in the future. This is not a self-esteem lesson but it would definitely help you evaluate your self-worth. My lesson "7 Days of Self-Love" offered here on Udemy can help you with your basic self-esteem needs.
In todays world being parents is not easy and being a single mom doesn't make it any easier. Challenges and responsibilities associated with being a single mom can be overwhelming regardless of the love a mother has for her child.
This lesson is based on research, my previous experiences living as a single mother (twice), and the many single mothers I coached successfully. In addition, I have been able to talk to men who are married to women who were single mothers to understand why they decided to move forward with them knowing they already came with a package, as so many wish to called it. Although, I will not be talking about finances, custody issues, and grandparents; some of the items I will cover in the lesson will help you understand how to:
Walk without shame
Improve your self-talk
Raise successful children
Evaluate your parenting skills
Date healthy non-toxic men

I am not a feminist's, therefore this is not a feminist's lesson or a lesson on how to become a single mother. This lesson is geared towards single females who want to live happy, healthy, purposeful, and successful lives without shame and societal guilt. I will also be answering the 5 'Why's" questions that often help single mothers gain more understanding:
Why are many single moms able to raise successful children?
Why are so many single mothers walking with their heads high?
Why are so many single mothers amazing moms?
Why are single moms becoming heroes?
Why are some men getting married to single moms?
I created this lesson because I have received messages from single mothers asking me questions, the single mothers and the children of single mothers who I have been able to coached.
Today, I am a woman, mother, wife, sister, friend, daughter, and coach who is passionate about helping individuals become a better version of who they are today. No matter who you are and how far you have come, there is always room to grow. I don't have all the answers but I am positive you will benefit from this lesson based on my mistakes, victories, research and results of my coaching sessions.
