Description

The Simple Magic Tricks video course is for anyone interested in the art of magic. Although it is catered towards the beginner, experienced magic students will benefit from the course as well.

If you are looking for an array of tricks that are both easy to learn and simple to perform, yet pack a professional punch, then this course is for you.

All the tricks in this course use everyday common objects found around the house, such as rope, coins, playing cards, string, etc.

The course consists of over 40 tricks. Each trick is first shown and performed, then I take you behind the scenes to demonstrate how the trick really works.

There are five sections of tricks:

Rope/String Tricks

Mental Tricks

And Miscellaneous Tricks

Hello, my name is Danny Egan.

I am here to share my passion for magic as a tool to make you more socially adept.

Not long ago, I was a shy, introverted kid who struggled with social interaction.

Then I discovered magic! Magic gave me the confidence necessary to overcome these obstacles and embolden myself. I use magic as an icebreaker at parties, or just to interact in new or uncomfortable situations.

I have been practicing the art of magic for over 25 years. I am a member of the Society of American Magicians, the most prestigious magic club in the world.

You too can use magic to help you meet new and interesting people, make appearing and speaking in public easier, gain business contacts, attract the opposite sex, network and feel comfortable when interacting with strangers.

My main goal is to spread the art of magic to those that are interested.

I practice the rules of magic and believe that every magician should follow the code of ethics:

Never reveal how a trick is done – No matter how tempting it might be or how much your spectators want the know-how, they will all be disappointed. The child like wonderment disappears and the intrigue is taken away.

Never perform a trick twice for the same audience – Performing a trick twice allows the audience to expect what's coming. Although there are a few tricks that can be performed twice, this is the general rule.

Do not perform a trick unless the environment is right –Some tricks can have bad angles making them difficult to perform under certain circumstances. When in doubt perform tricks that are angle proof.

Practice –Performing a trick before perfected can cause embarrassment. Remember magic is an art form. Respect your craft.
