    Engage in a 24-session Silambam and Kalaripayattu program blending ancient technique with modern fitness, featuring five activities per session, stretching, tutorials, meditation after three sessions, plus a progression tracker.

Hey! We are happy to see that you are ready to gear up for the Intermediate Level of Silambam / Kalaripayattu.

Since our course design of the Level 1 program has proven to be very effective, we have designed this Intermediate level course with the same design. In addition to the 15 sessions of new skill tutorials, this level comes with the following bonus:

  • Workout and practice routines

  • Self Assessment Guideline

  • Cooldown routines and

  • Guided Meditation


    Since this is the intermediate level of our Silambam program, I would suggest you complete level 1 before starting this course.
