Description
I've spent thousands on Physiotherapy, osteopaths, acupuncture, private sessions, yoga, etc to try to recover from dance related shoulder injury and then repetitive strain, etc.
My shoulders have been on such a journey, and using the techniques I have laid out for you in this course; they're getting stronger all the time.
I am no longer in pain and my mobility and range of motion increases as time goes on. I have returned to life as a professional dancer and yoga teacher with healthy shoulders.
I want this for you too. So I have created this course complete with 9 "weeks" of classes in shoulder and upper body exercises incorporating yoga, Pilates, physio exercises and neural gliding techniques to bring a new level of peace calm and strength to your shoulders.
Disclaimer: I strongly advise that you seek medical attention before starting this programme if you have any shoulder injury or severe pain. General aches and pains or weak shoulders; feel free to start with week 1 and work your way up as you feel your shoulders improving. Take it easy, go slow, work smart, listen to your body.
I am NOT your doctor, or your personal physio, so do what feels right for your body; and do NOT push through any pain or severe discomfort. seek your own medical advice as soon as you feel anything like pain or hot / sharp / electrical sensations.
Who this course is for:
- People with shoulder past injuries looking to strengthen and heal their shoulders.
- People interested in upper body strength and mobility
- Those who want to gain range of motion in their shoulder joint.
- Those who wish to look after their shoulders with safe movements and rehabilitation.
- People looking for a companion to their existing movement modality
