
Lecture 1 is an introduction of the CapCut software. The interface and various functions including import & export, playback, timeline operation and others. Students will be able to get familiar with the CapCut interface and locate all necessary functions.
Lecture 2 shows students the most important function, which is Edit. Students will learn how to perform fundamental editing to a video through examples.
Lecture 3 teaches students to add audios to an existing video. Students will be able to add, edit or remove audios and make the video sound better.
Lecture 4 is a step up of Lecture 3 on audio techniques. Students will learn how to record sounds through examples, and also how to utilize computerized voice over.
Lecture 5 shows students how to add texts, including titles, subtitles or captions, and other text effects. Students will be able to use the Text function in CapCut and add various texts of their needs to an existing video.
Lecture 6 introduces the concept of aspect ratio, which is key to a video format. Students will learn how to adjust video format and use the Canvas function to fit into various aspect ratios.
Lecture 7 will show how to use filters and adjust the picture effect/quality of a video. Similar to adding filters to a photo, adding filter effects and some adjustment will enhance the visual effect.
Lecture 8 teaches students who have already learned fundamental editing skills the Overlay function. Using the Overlay, students will be able to create more advanced effects. The Overlay function has two parts, Part 1 introduces the basics, and Part 2 will provide some more examples.
Lecture 9 is the Part 2 of Lecture 8. It provides more examples with stunning visual effects using the Overlay function.
Lecture 10 will teach students how to use multiple functions introduced in previous lectures to create special text effects. Also showcases how to create an intro video.
Lecture 11 shows students how to use special or customized fonts in a video. Also showcases how to create an ending video with the Stickers function.
Lecture 12 will teach students the fundamentals of adjusting video speed. Demonstrate both linear and non-linear speed function. With this skill, students will be able to create special effects by adjusting video speed. Some examples are provided in the lecture.
Lecture 13 is the Part 1 of the Masking function. It introduces the concept of masking and fundamental skills. Students will learn how to use the Mask function. More examples will be provided in Part 2 of the video in Lecture 14.
Lecture 14 is the Part 2 of the Masking function. More examples are provided based on the skills learned in Part 1. Students will be able to use the Mask and also Chroma Key function to create more advanced visual effects in videos.
