I was born and raised in Arizona and I have been cooking since I was a small child. Since I grew up in the southwest United States I do enjoy fixing our version of Mexican food. While my abilities range from Mexican food to American favorites such as macaroni and cheese to fried chicken and sweet tea! I have spent years in the kitchen and experimented with many recipes, some handed down others of my own creativity. My Grandma grew up on the South and taught me many southern dishes. I am the mother of 2 and have taught them the same recipes. There are very few things I have not learned to make either by taste or by seeking someone out that knows how to make it. The goal of course is to learn the most authentic ways!
