I strongly suggest using Khechari mudra during our time together for focus and healing.
The practice derives its name from two words – ‘khe/kha’ meaning ‘space’ and ‘chara’ meaning ‘to move’.
Together they mean ‘one who moves the sky’. In Kechari mudra, the tongue is rolled back deep into the mouth. Beginners may only be able to place the tip of the tongue on the soft palate - that in fine - we all start somewhere and this works well for our needs in this course.
This locks the tongue in the nasal cavity, which is why the Khechari mudra is also known as the tongue lock mudra.
We create sacred spaces with intention. We can create altars in so many places - it is only limited by our imaginations - not by objects we may or may not own. Please join me as we create a sacred altar space with each other here on our course together. We create a virtual altar that is tended by the universal fires of love, respect and wonder. We may journey here at any time to enrich our experience of life.
We need to choose change. Too many of us are waiting for some outside influence for 'our luck' to change and to turn the ship of our lives around. However, those ships rarely seem to dock..... Instead we can be the change we wish to see - slowly surely we become the masters of our own ship.
Spark of Abundance Meditation Introduction - don't always take it so seriously - let yourself go. If your limbs wish to move them, let them. Personally, mine commonly do, and I find this engages me on a deeper level.

I want everybody to start by tuning receiving a deep breath. You want to keep tuning in to self-care issues, whatever is going on in your life, and we always have a practice. There's always a practice to transform whatever is happening for you.
Close your eyes, go into your heart and notice how it feels; faith is always essential.
Honouring the elements is essential in healing our lives; our commitment to this should not be underestimated. Developing or turning on your relationship with them will gift you a unique understanding of this enigmatic spiritual tradition.

When we learn to do a shamanic journey there are very specific guidelines to take us in, to journey and to return. This journey is different. Please suspend what you think you know and simply go with it.
Gather your rattle and four representations to honour the Earthoy elements as we journey is a rich an imaginal way. We connect deeply as above so below - be awed by the power of your many lives.
For success and to reduce your stress, it is essential to immerse yourself in new practices and rituals. Whilst it would be wonderful if doing something once worked. It doesn't! I encourage you to repeat all journeys, meditations and rituals until you sense them. Journalling your journey is always beneficial.
This is a form of soul retrieval you may use at any time. PRACTICE: WALKING THE SOUL'S TIMELINE
Stand upright, facing whatever direction you feel drawn to when thinking about your past. When you have selected the direction, receive three breaths with your hands hanging straight down at your sides, and face in that direction. Look in this direction and see your past floating off on a distant horizon.

In this section, we will be focused on replacing fear and stress in our lives. Too often we perpetuate the problem rather than reorganising it and deliberately choosing another way - the way of peace and gratitude. It may not be easy - especially for patterns of negativity you have been immersed in for a long time - however, I know that you can succeed.
You can change your attitudes, emotions, and feelings. The Breathing Peace Technique allows you to replace attitudes and feelings more effectively rather than staying trapped within depleting moods we often experience.
Step 1: Recognise the attitude or feeling you want to change and identify a replacement attitude.
Step 2: Do the Breathing Peace Technique
Step 3: Continue with your heart-focused Breathing. Gently breathe in and increase the feeling of your new replacement attitude.
Step 4: Practice (daily if you can) maintaining your new attitudes and perceptions as you move through your day-to-day interactions.
Suggestion: Use the Breathing Peace Technique on the go and reset your replacement attitude if it starts to fade. You can also use the Breathing Peace Technique when feeling good to establish an elevated heart feeling you wish to experience more often—feelings like appreciation, love, gratitude or grace.

Try to avoid becoming fixated on a particular practice. All practices work to change and transform us. However, some may call us now and others later. Relax.
We gather together as a circle of love, as a circle of life, as a circle of strength, as a circle of power. We made a choice not to have weak links. We stand together strong, gazing into each other's eyes, seeing our light emanating. Open your heart and emanate love, light, honour, respect and kindness to our whole community. Feel yourself, putting your hands on your heart, and feel that love going throughout our entire circle, supporting each person standing in their power, strength, and light. It's amazing when we reflect on how we started and where we are now. We are moving through that portal.
