Nowadays, hyper-connectivity and our fast-paced lives have reduced the quality of our attention and fractured our minds. Fortune 500 company executives, leading government authorities and academics have now recognised that mindfulness, the art of being fully present, is the key to overcoming the complexity and relentless pace of our world which can take a toll on our mind and physical health.
Mindful leaders are extremely focused, have clarity of mind and are naturally inclined to be of service to others. They have the ability to achieve their goals with effortless ease without feeling overburdened. Mindful leaders are able to improve the way they work and lead by breaking away from habitual patterns of behaviour that are no longer useful. They feel connected to their values and those of their organisation. Others around a mindful leader see and feel that presence.

I am a Master Educator with the Chopra Centre for Wellbeing and I have been personally trained and guided by Dr. Deepak Chopra, the global leading authority on mind-body medicine. Dr. Chopra has been selected by Time Magazine as "one of the top 100 heroes and icons of the century" and credits him as "the poet-prophet of medicine."
I have been helping individuals and organisations for over a decade to effectively manage stress, attain work-life balance and improve their overall physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.
For 15 years, I led a successful career in two Fortune 500 companies in the technology industry, holding executive leadership positions in various regions across the world.
Having experienced first-hand the demands of working in a global and fast-paced industry, I managed to effectively deal with the pressure as well the volatile and changing environment of the industry by applying the principles, methods and techniques which I now teach.
Equipped with my own personal experience and the latest scientific research and evidenced-based tools and practices, I have delivered comprehensive lectures, seminars and workshops to thousands of people and hundreds of organisations in every continent helping them to achieve higher levels of wellbeing in all aspects of their lives.
Through my work, students and participants have been able to acquire the practical knowledge required to be more productive and creative at work and raise their energy and engagement levels.
I have been influential in helping clients in Fortune 500 companies to find their source of inspiration, enabling deeper, more meaningful and substantial collaboration in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.
My corporate clientele extends across many industries, including IT, financial, media, pharmaceutical, oil & gas and consumer products to name a few.
I currently serve as Senior Advisor to the Global Centre for Conscious Leadership based in London, England and I also serve as a personal wellbeing consultant to government, sports, arts and entertainment personalities.
