Dieser Kurs ist für alle, die fit werden wollen und keine Lust auf volle Fitnessstudios oder altbekannte Übungen haben. Shaolin Fitness ist ein Training mit effektiven Übungen der Shaolin Mönche.

Du lernst die fünf Shaolin Grundpositionen, die alltäglichen Fitnessübungen wie Squats den entscheidenden Kick geben, um dein Training noch effizienter zu machen.

Ich zeige dir Schritt für Schritt, wie du die Shaolin Übungen in deinen Alltag integrierst und du entscheidest selbst, ob du heute nur eine Einheit mit fünf Minuten machst, oder ein komplettes Workout mit mehreren Sets.

Zu einem ganzheitlichen Training gehört neben schweißtreibender Anstrengung auch Stretching und Regeneration. Darum gibt es eine Stretching Lektion, Qi Gong Elemente und ich zeige dir die Selbstmassage, mit der du Muskelkater entgegenwirkst.

Wenn die Augen lachen, dann lacht auch das Herz. Das verbirgt sich hinter SMIZING (= to smile with your eyes). Um mehr mit den Augen zu lachen, treibe ich meinen Körper beim Sport zu Hochleistungen und regeneriere mit Qi Gong.

Seit 10 Jahren trainiere mit Shaolin Meistern, habe in meiner Jugend über 10 Jahre Basketball gespielt und Jugendmannschaften trainiert und probiere seit 2008 die neusten sportlichen Trends in verschiedenen Fitnessstudios aus. Manchmal liege ich auch ziemlich faul auf der Couch.

Als Psychologin habe ich zum Glück einige Ideen, wie ich mich motivieren kann und mein Leben aktiv gestalte.

If your eyes smile, your heart must be smiling, too. That's the simple logic behind "SMIZING" (= to smile with your eyes).

I do sports to burn off the load I carry and calm my mind with qi gong. As a result, my smizing improves.

Training with Shaolin masters has shaped my practice in the last decade. Ten years of playing and coaching basketball in my youth surely still has an impact on my workouts. The final twist in my session comes from fitness trends that I absorbed from going to the gym since 2008.

However, at times I still love to be a lazy couch potato.

Luckily, as a psychologist I've got a couple of ideas how to motivate myself and how to create a fulfilled and healthy life.
