This video reveals, analise and explaines step by step the method that Shaolin monks regenerate their muscles/tendons system and stay health even the old ages.
Yin JIn Jin is a Qi Gong (Bioenergy Cultivation) that prepares the body for martial arts but also can use to revitalise somone its own body throught 12 special design streching exersizes.

Instructor
I belong to 34th generation of Shaolin masters. I research and learn the knowledge and the wisdom of the arts of Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Chi Kung from the most renowned and authentic teachers for 25 years now.
Since 2006 I have been traveling for training in China at many monasteries and famous schools of Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi as well as their hometowns, the Shaolin Temple and the village Chen Jia Gou (birthplace of Tai Ji Quan)-
I teach 11 years in Korinthos city in Greece and organize international training camps about Shaolin , Tai Ji and Qi Gong 7 years now.
Staying in the essence of things and away from any kind of exaggeration, my philosophy is to transmitting to the west the ancient chinese knowledge and its benefits so to help every interested person who wants to improve health, well-being and balance between body and mind.
