These short lectures exist to give you ideas and support to better help you deal with your sexual hurt, pain, and trauma, and includes pleasure tips, anatomical advice, special issues, and various topics to help your bedroom success. Special topics include genetic syndromes, anxiety, and an extended supplemental section on how to help someone you care about recover from sexual trauma.
Each section is broken into manageable chunks, by topic, with a comfortable, conversational style to make these sticky topics clearer and easier to understand. Learners are encouraged to seek out medical attention when needed, and given tips on red flags, exercises, and items to look out for to better improve and preserve their sexual wellness.
