With my online coaching course you will regain control, power and confidence by making positive choices that will lead to your own transformation.
Each phase has coaching questions and there are some planners too to make your life as simple as possible!
In Phase 1 we look at your situation and the effect it is having on you, and here you will carefully consider:
What exactly has happened to you and do you need more answers before you can move forward?
The various unexpected and unwelcome changes that have affected you and how you truly feel about them.
The impact of these changes on your health which includes the state of your mind and spirit as well as your body.
In Phase 2 we look at how you do have the power to live your best life! Here you will look at:
Changing your mindset and how being positive makes such a difference to your life.
Taking back control of your life and making choices for yourself again, which will boost your confidence.
Managing your time properly, without any guilt, to help you prioritise your wellness and recovery!
In Phase 3 we look at taking action in seven areas that will transform your life! You will decide and plan what works best for you with your own:
Nutrition and hydration
Exercise and breathing
Sleep and rest
Relationships and boundaries
Career and purpose
Spirituality and self-belief
Hobbies and wellbeing
In Phase 4 we look at some final, additional ideas that will ensure you maintain the happiness, health and healing you have now found. You will look at:
Your new and improved reality and identity
How important it is to forgive and let go of the past, to fully move on
Your future and how you can visualise and live it the way you want
How maintaining your seven steps will ensure your recovery and you will see how your mind body and spirit have all improved

Hi! I'm a qualified trainer and coach with lived experience of brain surgery, brain injury and epliepsy and I hope to help you to find your own happiness, health and healing for your mind, body and spirit.
I have been through my own 10 year health trial after I became unwell and was diagnosed with an Arteriovenous Malformation, or growth, on my brain which was fatal. Open brain-surgery was ruled out because the growth was too embedded so I had to have radio-surgery which led to brain injury from the scar tissue and left me with 'epilepsy for life', which came as such a shock.
Over the last few years I became increasingly passionate about health and wellness and have completed my certifications in Life Coaching, Mindfulness, Nutrition & Hydration, Neuro Linguistic Planning and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as Level 3 Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer. I was already a dancer with a BA in Dance and a qualified Trainer and Coach (CIPD and ILM) so these all fitted perfectly together for me.
With my new understanding I began practising some daily disciplines for myself which resulted in these simple seven steps that have allowed me to find my own wellness and recovery and live a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
Now I have created this online course so I can share my knowledge to help you go through fewer of the painful experiences and have more enjoyable experiences and outcomes far sooner than I did.
I have a MA in International Politics as I care deeply about humanitarian causes and have worked for charities and I have a strong Christian faith which has brought me through this 10 year trial.
