To learn anything, we all start at some point and learn the basics in order to perfect the final lesson. Likewise in learning meditations, the student has to learn some basic skills and techniques in order to finally perfect the meditations. Beginners usually face some common challenges like difficulty in concentration, difficulty in habit formation, which either demotivates them or hinders their learning ability of meditations. This course is dedicated to total beginners who are trying hard to meditate. The course will mostly focus on developing habits, share some simple techniques involving mind power, and help the student to begin meditation.
This course is for everyone who wants to meditate and heal their life. If you have anxiety or stress the course will help in relieving your emotional pressure. Some of the meditations incorporated here are a great way to practice the meditations.

My name is Pallabi Bhagawati and I am a Life Coach, Speaker, and vet. I have been associated with various social and spiritual platforms since my childhood. Born in an ideologically Spiritual family, I was guided by my first Guru and late grandfather Late G.S Bhagawati. I found the meaning of my life after Meditating in Haridwar during my tenure in Rajaji National Park.
