ServiceNow San Diego CSA - Delta
SD Delta – Certified System Administrator
Passing a delta exam certifies that a participant has successfully understood the new features offered in the latest release of the Now Platform, and how they interact with existing platform functionality. You have studied the Release Notes.
For the San Diego release, delta exams are available from May 5, 2022 - August 3, 2022.

There will be total 7 questions in the exam and you'll be given a time of 60 minutes to complete it. It's an open book exam and not proctored so, you may refer the release notes or check online content for help.
The ServiceNow San Diego Delta Exam Specification defines the purpose, audience, testing options, exam content sources, test framework, and prerequisites to maintain a ServiceNow Certification credential via a Delta exam.
Question Format and Responses:
Multiple Choice (single answer): For each multiple-choice question on the exam, there are four possible responses. The candidate taking the exam reviews the responseoptionsandselectstheoneresponsemostaccuratelyanswersthequestion.
Multiple Select(select all that apply): For each multiple select question on the exam, there are atleast four possible responses. The candidate taking the exam reviews the response options and selects all responses that accurately answer the question. The question will state how many responses should be selected.
Exam Results and Retakes:
After completing and submitting the exam, a pass or fail result is immediately calculated and displayed to the candidate. Further detailed results are not provided to the candidate. You are allowed up to three retakes for a Delta exam. Failing a Delta exam four time swill require you to re-complete the required paired training content.
There will be a 24-hour waiting period after each failed attempt to ensure you have the proper time to prepare.
