ServiceNow Reporting

This course is about creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow. Lessons were recorded using the ServiceNow Tokyo, Zurich and Australia versions and the development, steps, actions,  and menu that you will see here are compatible with most of the previous and current versions.

The course includes a lesson to teach how to create your ServiceNow Account and Cloud Instance, so you don’t need to install any software to do this training, you just need Internet access. In addition course covers ServiceNow Reporting Module and Platform Analytics (new reporting module UI experience)
