ServiceNow Intermediate Reporting

This course is about creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow. Each lesson was recorded using the ServiceNow Tokyo version and the development, steps, actions,  and menu that you will see here are compatible with most of the previous and current versions.

The course includes a lesson to teach how to create your ServiceNow Account and Cloud Instance, so you don’t need to install any software to do this training, you just need Internet access.

This Course is part of a set of 3 courses:

• ServiceNow Reporting - Level 1

• ServiceNow Intermediate Reporting  - Level 2

• ServiceNow Advanced Reporting - Level 3

No prior experience in reporting tools or creating reports is required. But for Level 2 (this current course) we encourage you to take the ServiceNow Reporting  Level 1, since that course covers important topics such as How to Setup your ServiceNow Developer Instance PDI, and in this one, we make the assumption that the Student know how to build Dashboards, Filters, use different types of Widgets, etc. which are covered in Level 1.
