The ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam assesses candidates' skills in effectively configuring and managing a ServiceNow instance. It includes various topics such as system setup, user interface customization, data management, process automation, and report generation.

This course comprises a diverse range of questions covering all topics and objectives outlined in the ServiceNow CSA exam blueprint. There are 240 questions in 4 Practice tests with each test comprising of 60 questions which includes single-choice and multiple-select questions. We have also added scenario based questions which are continuously updated.

We have added additional 30 scenerio based questions simulating real world scenerios, which we are updating continuosly.


Exam Structure

The examination comprises sixty questions with a time limit of 90 minutes. There will two types of questions:

  • Multiple Choice (single answer)

  • Multiple Select (select all that apply)

To replicate the real exam conditions, the mock test is timed for 90 mins. which comprises of 60 questions. This helps simulate the pressure and time constraints experienced during the actual exam.
