The exam takes 90 minutes.

There are 45 questions.

You can take an online proctored or on-site exam.

Key Steps for Preparation

• You should have sufficient knowledge in basic administration and development in ServiceNow and at least 6 months hands-on experience in discovery area.

• Go through the eBook provided during on demand course / training. Complete all the labs that's given in the book. Try to understand each concepts around discovery probes, sensors, patterns etc.

• Optionally complete the CMDB Fundamentals course, that will help you to clear some key concepts
