My name is Mike Rasheed and i have over 9+ years of experience in IT including 8 years in ServiceNow platform creating custom applications and implementing Out of Box applications and customization on top of applications available in ServiceNow out of the box. I have gained vast Experience in working on the ITSM Domain like Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB, Asset Management & Service Catalog Management in ServiceNow. During my years in ServiceNow i have Been part of Several Instance Upgrade (Eureka to Geneva, Fuji to Istanbul, Istanbul to Kingston). Aside from basic knowledge of ServiceNow i have Experience and excellent understanding of Server-side and Client-side API which i used to Interact with customer, understanding the business needs, converting the functional requirement to technical requirements, providing detailed estimates for implementation of ServiceNow modules, data integrations (CMDB, e-bonding, etc.) and Service Catalog items.
