Here we will be operating on 2 customer groups: the first eats at the restaurant, and the second comes for takeaways. For both customer groups, we calculate separate conversion rates and Average ticket (ATV). We still show you a business model for a 1-restaurant

Why have I decided to create this course?
As the Service Businesses become bigger, they are more likely to hire consultants to help them develop their business. Unfortunately, not that many consulting firms have experience in Service Businesses. Many Service businesses are a mix of consumer goods, retail, and production businesses. Most firms don’t give you the full toolbox that you need. This may lead to huge frustration during such projects.
Therefore, I have decided to create this course that will help students understand or refresh the main skills and tools that they need during consulting projects devoted to B2C Service Businesses.
