Description

In English, we have 1 verb 'to be', which makes things pretty simple. In Spanish, however, we have 3 - SER, ESTAR and HAY. And those 3 have many forms

How and when do we use each Spanish verb to be? You'll find out in this course!

This course will teach you how to conjugate each verb, exactly when to use each verb, AND give you plenty of exercises to practice using them.

We will also review the differences between SER and ESTAR in the past tenses (preterit and imperfect). When to use FUE or ERA, and when to use ESTUVO or ESTABA.

This course is perfect for the beginner-intermediate student but can also help more advanced students who need a reminder on how to use these similar, but different, verbs in Spanish.

Who this course is for:

  • Students who are at the beginning of their Spanish studies will find this course useful
  • Students at the intermediate and advanced level will find this course useful if they need a refresher on the verbs SER, ESTAR and HAY
