I am currently studying self-hypnosis skills to improve my advanced math skills. I learned that Golf masters such as Tiger Woods have been using this awareness self-hypnosis exercise in order to improve his golf skills greatly starting at a very young age, and still uses them. So far I'm extremely impressed and pleased to know that it's all textbook, scientific, technical and not spiritual woohoo.
