Description
If you could change anything about your life, what would it be?
Many of us today live with insecurities, self-doubts, and difficult experiences that have chipped away at our sense of who we really are. These can interrupt our progress towards our goals, affect our relationships negatively, and leave us with feelings of worthlessness or hopelessness. But what if you could find a way to rid yourself of those insecurities and self-doubts?
Feeling deeply confident requires an accurate sense of self-worth and a solid understanding of who you are as an individual. This course provides key lessons on how to restore that sense of self-worth. Throughout the lessons in this course, you will learn what self-worth is and where it comes from; how worth affects various aspects of your life, such as your relationships, education, career, confidence, fitness, nutrition; and how understanding yourself better can lead to an increased sense of confidence and worth.
Additionally, this course will provide you with numerous ways that you can re-discover your own worth. These lessons include topics such as replacing judgment with compassion, searching your family history, recognizing your influence on the world around you, and taking care of yourself as someone valuable. This course is geared towards those with a Christian background, but can be just as applicable to those of other backgrounds as well.
Many of the problems we face in our world today, including mental health challenges, difficult relationships, poor physical health, and chronic stress/anxiety, have their roots in a low sense of self-worth. This course is designed specifically to help you develop your sense of worth, so that you can have the resiliency and the capacity to resolve problems you may be facing in your life. At the end of the day, the stronger your sense of self-worth and self-confidence, the more consistently you will feel joy and satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

- Individuals who are struggling with their self-confidence, and who have aspects of their life that they would like to change but aren't sure how.
- Individuals who have been through challenges in their lives that affected their sense of confidence in themselves.

Instructor
Hi! My name is Samantha Coombs, and I am the founder of a wellness company called Tiama Training. My passion is helping others make changes in their life that allow them to overcome their challenges, experience greater joy, and reach their goals. I am a firm believer that each one of us has infinite value and potential. I have a bachelor's degree in sociology and I hold certifications as an ACE personal trainer and a WholeLife life coach. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors, hiking in nature, working out, and building relationships with others.
