Description

This self-coaching course is all about identifying where you can make shifts and changes. You will then set into motion, opportunities to make those changes happen in your life. It's all about taking your power back and empowering yourself with tools and new beliefs!

If you struggle to say no; you find yourself agreeing to things you really don't want to agree to; you feel taken advantage of, resentful towards collegues, friends, family members; people view you as the "go-to" person when they need help - but you now have so many people on your list that you feel overwhelmed... then this course is for you.

Many of us were taught, as children, that denying our wants and needs in order to help others is honourable and kind. This course is an opportunity to remember that you too deserve kindness. Your needs also deserve to be respected. Helping others at the expense of your happiness, your family time, your own needs... is not healthy or fair.

Through coaching many women I've come to see that the "good girl" label often stays with us well into adulthood and causes us to make decisions based on what we feel is expected of us. Take some time in this course to think about what you expect from you. What do you want from your life? Is it fair to give up your needs so that others may feel happy and comfortable, but at the same time you don't feel happy or comfortable?

If you're ready to take your power back, then work on this self-coaching course. Do the activities, immerse yourself in the visualisations and see how this journey could be a beautiful step to overcoming your people-pleasing tendencies.

You're not alone! There are many others who feel the same way. We often hear people saying, 'you can't pour from an empty cup'. If you truly wish to help others... you need to put yourself first. It's not selfish... it's necessary.

Who this course is for:

  • If you often feel taken advantage of and struggle to assert yourself
  • You know you make decisions to please others and don't know how to change
  • You feel resentment towards others but it's too uncomfortable to say no
  • You struggle to set boundaries around certain people
  • You feel bad when you say no, or don't agree with others
