
Class Project: Create Your Creative Uncomfortable Box
In this class project, you will apply what you learned in this class and create your own creative uncomfortable box.
To do this project, you will need to:
Identify 7 scenarios that make you uncomfortable in your life. These can be related to any of the 4 parameters we discussed in this class: people, self-inefficiencies, situations/events or others. Write them down in your notebook.
For each scenario, write one or two super positive words that describe how you want to feel or act instead of being uncomfortable. These words should be powerful and uplifting, such as confident, happy, calm, or brave. Write them down next to each scenario.
Once you have completed these steps, you will have created your creative uncomfortable box and transformed it with positive words. Take a snap of your notebook and upload it to the class project gallery. You can also share your thoughts and feelings about this project and see what other students have created.
