Learn how to become an AI film director and create cinematic, movie-like scenes using Seedance 2.5. In this hands-on course, you’ll go beyond simply generating AI videos and learn a practical workflow for turning ideas, scripts, characters, and reference images into compelling cinematic sequences.
We begin with an introduction to Seedance 2.5, including how to access the model, understand its key settings, and see examples of cinematic movie scenes created with it. You’ll then jump straight into practical projects, starting with an alien invasion scene, where you’ll learn how to create suitable reference images, write effective video prompts, and generate the final scene in Seedance 2.5.
The course also covers the cost of using Seedance 2.5 on Higgsfield, helping you understand the credit system and plan your AI filmmaking workflow more effectively.
A major focus of the course is character consistency. You’ll learn why character sheets are important when creating AI films and how they can help maintain a consistent appearance across multiple scenes. You’ll create character sheets using automated workflows in Claude, generate character images using GPT Image 2.0, and even build character sheets from an existing headshot.
You’ll then put these techniques into practice by creating an intense cinematic dialogue scene, including character development, automated prompt creation, and video generation in Seedance 2.5.
Finally, we examine a complete 3-minute AI thriller film to understand the techniques and lessons involved in producing longer-form AI filmmaking projects. You’ll also create a scary clown thriller scene, learning how to break a larger script into manageable sections, develop prompts for individual scenes, and generate them using Seedance 2.5.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a practical understanding of how to use Seedance 2.5 as part of an AI filmmaking workflow and how to transform your ideas into cinematic movie scenes.
