Backup your data, you can use Google Drive or Dropbox.
Enable 2-step verification on your email accounts.
Use Zemana antilogger to protect your computer from keyloggers.
Install a software to track your computer, and disable your webcam when you are not using it.
Disable USB ports when you are not using it.
Do not reply to anonymous messages or click on suspicious links
