- No requirements. If you’ve ever been stressed, you’re already halfway qualified! No PhD in Psychology needed, no prior experience wrestling with tigers (though that would make for a cool story).
- This course is beginner-friendly, so whether you’re a teenager navigating the stormy seas of high school or an adult trying to remember where you left your car keys (again), you’re in the right place.
- Required Skills: 1. Breathing: If you can do this, you’re good to go. Advanced inhalers and exhalers will find extra credit opportunities. 2. A Pulse: Highly recommended but not strictly mandatory—though we do suggest having one to fully engage with the content. 3. Sense of Humor: Stress is serious, but learning doesn’t have to be. A good laugh is encouraged.
