Go to your gym and do as many strict pullups as you can, This will give you an idea on where you shall start. To start training on kipping pullus I recomend a minimum of 10 consecutive strict pullups. If you are not ready to do 10 pullups. Relisten to our lecture: Start with strict pullups.
