Description

Are you ready for SC-300? Reading the documentation tells you what Microsoft Entra can do. The exam asks something else: which feature, which setting and which role fits a specific situation, often with two answers that both look reasonable. These practice tests show you, domain by domain, whether you can make those calls.

500 questions, aligned with the current study guide

The course contains five practice tests of 100 questions each, mapped to the SC-300 skills measured as of October 28, 2026. Every test covers all four exam domains in the same proportions: implement and manage user identities, implement authentication and access management, plan and implement workload identities, and plan and automate identity governance.

Why older SC-300 material falls short

SC-300 has been revised several times since Azure AD was renamed Microsoft Entra ID. Global Secure Access (Private Access, Internet Access and the Microsoft traffic profile), migration away from AD FS, authentication context, protected actions and passkeys are now part of the exam, and the October 2026 update renamed several objectives again. Practice questions written a few years ago test old names, removed features and outdated defaults. That prepares you for an exam that no longer exists.

Five tests, rising difficulty

  • Practice Test 1, Groundwork: core facts, one concept per question. Take it as your baseline.

  • Practice Test 2, In Practice: short scenarios that separate easily confused features.

  • Practice Test 3, Trade-offs: two defensible options, one constraint decides.

  • Practice Test 4, Under the Hood: settings, defaults, cmdlets, limits and order of steps.

  • Practice Test 5, Exam Day: long multi-requirement scenarios at exam pace.

Explanations that teach

Every answer option has its own explanation: why the correct option is right, and what each wrong option actually does, so the difference sticks. Each question also has an overall explanation with a link to the Microsoft Learn page it is based on.

Measure your readiness

After every attempt you see your score per domain, so you know where to focus. The pass mark is 80% for tests 1 to 4 and 85% for the final simulation, higher than the real exam requires, so you walk into the test center with a margin.

What this course is not

This is a set of practice exams, not a video course. It tests and explains, but it does not replace hands-on work in the Microsoft Entra admin center or the free official SC-300 learning paths on Microsoft Learn. Use it alongside them to find and close your gaps before exam day.

Who this course is for:

  • This course is for everyone preparing for Microsoft exam SC-300 and the Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate certification: Microsoft 365 and Azure administrators who take on identity work, security engineers who need to prove their Microsoft Entra skills, help desk and system administrators moving into identity and access management, consultants who implement Conditional Access, PIM and identity governance for customers, and students or career switchers aiming for a first security role. It also suits candidates who plan SC-100 (Cybersecurity Architect Expert), which accepts this associate certification as a prerequisite. If you studied with older material, note that SC-300 has changed several times since Azure AD became Microsoft Entra ID: Global Secure Access, AD FS migration, authentication context and protected actions are now in scope, and the study guide was updated again on October 28, 2026. This course gives you 500 exam-style questions with explanations to test and sharpen your knowledge. It is not a video course and does not replace hands-on practice or the official learning paths.
