Intercompany sales:

inter company sales is the process which actually happen between two different company codes. buying company code will initially receives sales order for customer. buying or order company code plant will not able to delivery the stock to customer. on behalf of buying or order company code, delivery company code relevant plant delivery the goods to ordering company customer (initial customer). in this process, delivery company code plant will behave like vendor in ordering company code master data. internal customer will be created to settle amount based on delivery company code plant and ordering sales org combination for condition records creation. this is simple overview. it might not understand but we will try to configure everything on SAP S4 HANA system.

Consignment sales.

Consignment Process is where product are stored at the customer location but the owner of this product is still company. Customer stores the consignment stock at their own a warehouse. Customer can consume product from warehouse at any time and customer billed for product for actually quantity consumes.
