We will start with an overview of the SAP Activate methodology, a new SAP program delivery approach for implementation. We will learn about each phase along with key actions and activities involved in it. This will help you get a good grasp of the overall SAP Activate methodology and understand the position of the fit-to-standard workshop in it.

Then we will learn about different types of workshops which comprise fit-to-standard workshops and how we should prepare structurally for these workshops.
